Overview
The Meta Pixel integration in Hulk Form Builder allows merchants to track form submissions as conversion events in their Meta (Facebook) Ads account. This helps measure performance, optimize campaigns, and capture leads effectively.
What is Meta Pixel?
Meta Pixel is a tracking tool from Meta Platforms that records user actions (events) on a website, such as form submissions.
When integrated with Hulk Form Builder:
- Each form submission can trigger an event
- Data is sent to Meta Ads Manager
- Merchants can track leads and conversions
How to Configure Meta Pixel
Steps:
- Open Hulk Form Builder
- Navigate to the Form -> Settings -> Integration -> Meta Analytics section
- Click Configure
- Enter your Meta Pixel ID
- Save the settings

You can find the Pixel ID in: Meta Business Manager
Path:
- Events Manager
- Data Sources
- Select Pixel
- Copy Pixel ID
How It Works
- Customer submits a form
- Hulk Form Builder triggers an event
- Event is sent to Meta Pixel
- Data appears in Meta Events Manager
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
1. Pixel Status Shows “Inactive”
Cause:
- No events triggered yet
Solution:
- Submit a test form
- Wait a few minutes for event detection
2. Pixel Not Tracking Submissions
Check:
- Pixel ID is correct
- Form submission is successful
- Pixel is active in Meta
Solution:
- Re-enter Pixel ID
- Test using Meta Pixel Helper
3. No Data in Meta Events Manager
Check:
- Events Manager dashboard
- Test event activity
Solution:
- Submit a test form
- Verify event logs in Meta
