Slack Integration

How to Enable/Disable Slack Integration

Steps:

1. On your Form Page, go  to Form Integration > Slack Integration
   
   

2. Toggle the switch to Enable or Disable Slack integration.
   
   

3. Enter your Slack Webhook URL (e.g., https://hooks.slack.com/services/...).
   
   

   • ? You can find detailed instructions on generating a Slack webhook [https://docs.slack.dev/messaging/sending-messages-using-incoming-webhooks/].
     
     

4. Configure Slack Notifications:
   
   

   • Choose a trigger for the notification (e.g., “Submission received” is the recommended option, but you can select whichever trigger best fits your needs).
     
     

   • Check the option Include user’s response if you want form data included in the message.
     
     

5. Save your settings.
   
   

6. Submit a test form to confirm that the notification is successfully sent to your Slack channel.
   
   

Result:

Whenever the selected trigger occurs, a notification will be sent to your Slack channel. If you enabled Include user’s response, the message will contain the form data as well.
