When customers click on a product card or image on your proxy wishlist page (/pages/wishlist), you can choose whether they are redirected to the main product detail page or shown an instant Quick View pop-up modal.
What is Product Detail Quick View?
Quick View Modal: When enabled, clicking a product image or title on the wishlist page opens an interactive pop-up modal on the same screen. Shoppers can review variant details, descriptions, and pricing without navigating away from their wishlist board.
Direct Page Redirection: When disabled, clicking a product image takes the shopper directly to the live product page.
How to Change the Product Click Behavior
If you want to switch between showing the Quick View modal or redirecting shoppers to the product page, follow these steps inside your app dashboard:
Open your Shopify Admin and navigate to Apps > Hulk Advanced Wishlist.
Go to Settings > General settings.
Scroll down to the Wishlist page section.
Locate the Choose product image click action preference.
Select your preferred behavior:
Show product detail quick view: Opens the product details in a pop-up modal over the wishlist page.
Redirect to product page: Takes the customer directly to the product URL.
Click Save Changes.
