Free Plan Limitations

Submission Limit

  • Free plan allows up to 50 visible submissions

  • Free plan allows creation of 1 form.

After reaching 50 submissions:

  • New submissions are still collected and saved.

  • They become hidden and are not visible in the app.

  • Forms continue to work normally (no errors or interruptions).

Data Safety

  • No submissions are deleted.

  • All submissions are saved and can be accessed after upgrading.

Visibility Rules

  • Only the first 50 submissions (oldest) are visible.

  • Hidden submissions:

    • Do not appear in the dashboard

    • Do not appear in exports

Export Limitations

  • Free plan exports include only visible submissions (up to 50).

  • Full export is available on paid plans.

Integrations

  • Integrations are not available on the Free plan.

    • Includes Shopify, Zapier, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Slack, Google Sheets, and others.

Important:

  • Integrations only work for submissions created while on a paid plan.

  • Submissions created on the Free plan:

    • Will not trigger integrations, even after upgrading later.

Emails

These features are always available on the Free plan:

  • Admin notification emails

  • Autoresponder emails (confirmation emails to users)

Emails are sent only for visible submissions and not for hidden submissions. After upgrading, admin or autoresponder emails will not be sent retroactively. For new submissions that come after upgrading, admin and autoresponder emails will come (if set).

Upgrade Behavior

When upgrading to a paid plan:

  • All hidden submissions become immediately visible.

  • You can access and export all submissions.

Important:

  • Submissions created on the Free plan:

    • Do not trigger integrations retroactively

  • Only new submissions after upgrade will trigger integrations.

Downgrade Behavior

When downgrading to the Free plan:

Forms

  • Free plan allows only 1 active form

  • If you have multiple forms:

    • The first created form remains active

    • All other forms are automatically set to inactive

    • You cannot choose which form stays active

Embedded forms

  • Any inactive forms:

    • Will stop displaying on your store

    • This applies to all embed types (app blocks, embedded forms, custom placements, etc.)
