The Billing section allows you to:

  • Choose your subscription plan

  • Compare features

  • Manage monthly order limits

  • Monitor usage charges

  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing

To access:

Shopify Admin → Apps → Order Status Tracker → Billing


Available Plans

Order Status Tracker offers multiple plans designed to support stores of different sizes.

Free Plan

Best for new or low-volume stores.

Includes:

  • 50 Monthly Order Tracking Limit

  • Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)

  • Automated Email Notifications

  • Localized Shipping Carrier Messages


Basic Plan – $4.99/month

Includes:

  • 200 Monthly Order Tracking Limit

  • $0.09 Additional Shipment Charges

  • Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)

  • Automated Email Notifications

7-day free trial included.


Growth Plan – $14.99/month

Includes:

  • 500 Monthly Order Tracking Limit

  • $0.09 Additional Shipment Charges

  • Order Status Pre-Timeline

Includes:

Monthly vs Yearly Billing

You can switch between:

  • Billed Monthly

  • Billed Yearly (17% Discount)

Yearly billing provides cost savings for growing stores.


Monthly Order Tracking Limit

Each plan includes a monthly tracking limit.

What counts toward the limit?

  • Orders synced within the last 7 days

  • Tracking lookups on recent orders

Orders older than 7 days allow unlimited tracking.

If you exceed your limit:

  • Additional shipment charges may apply (based on plan)

  • Or tracking may pause depending on plan type


Usage Charges

If your plan includes additional shipment charges:

  • $0.09 per extra shipment beyond plan limit

  • You can set a usage limit to prevent unexpected charges

To set:

Click Set usage limit

You’ll receive notifications when approaching limits.


Changing Plans

To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Go to Billing section

  2. Click Choose Plan

  3. Confirm Shopify approval

Plan changes apply immediately.


When Should You Upgrade?

Upgrade if:

  • You exceed monthly tracking limit

  • You need advanced features

  • You want order status pre-timeline

  • You require higher shipment volume support


Best Plan Recommendations

New Stores

Start with Free or Basic.

Growing Stores (200–500 orders/month)

Choose Growth.

High-Volume Stores (1000+ orders/month)

Choose Pro.


Important Notes

  • All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

  • Charges are processed through Shopify.

  • Cancel anytime from Shopify app subscriptions.

  • Usage charges only apply if your plan allows overages.
