The Form Schedule feature gives you full control over when your form is active on your storefront and how many entries it accepts. It is ideal for limited-time promotions, event registrations, giveaways, or capped survey responses.
1. Configurable Schedule & Limit Settings
Start Date & End Date: Defines the calendar active window for your form.
Start Date: The date the form automatically opens for entries.
End Date: The date the form automatically closes to new submissions.
Start Time & End Time: Specifies the exact time window each day during which submissions are accepted (supports both 12-hour and 24-hour formats).
Number of Allowed Submissions: Caps the maximum total entries the form will accept (e.g., setting this to
100locks the form as soon as the 100th submission is completed).
2. Custom Status Messages
When a form is inactive or closed, you can display custom notices to guide storefront visitors:
Before Start Date Message: Displayed before the form becomes active (e.g., "This form will open for submissions soon!").
After End Date Message: Displayed after the form passes its scheduled end date or time (e.g., "The submission period for this form has ended.").
Submission Closed Message: Displayed when the maximum entry cap is reached (e.g., "Thank you for your interest! We have reached our maximum capacity.").
3. Storefront Behavior & Lifecycle
Hulk Form Builder automatically manages the form's storefront visibility across four distinct phases:
Pre-Launch Phase: Before the designated Start Date and Time, form fields remain hidden and visitors see your Before Start Date Message.
Active Phase: When the Start Date and Time are reached, the form opens for live customer submissions.
Expiration Phase: Once the End Date or End Time passes, the form locks immediately and displays your After End Date Message.
Capacity Capped Phase: If the maximum number of allowed submissions is reached prior to the End Date, the form closes automatically and displays your Submission Closed Message.
