How to Customize Your Wishlist Language Settings

To add a personalized touch to your store or translate the app for international customers, you can customize every front-end text string, message, label, and button text within the app.


Step-by-Step Configuration Guide


Follow these steps to update your storefront wishlist language preferences (as shown in image_fd0b3e.png):

  1. Open the app dashboard and click on the Translations tab from the top menu bar.

  2. Click on the Select a language dropdown menu to pick the appropriate storefront language target you wish to edit.

  3. Click on any of the core translation sections listed below to expand their text fields and modify the individual words or sentences.

  4. Update the text fields with your custom phrasing.

  5. Click Save to push the changes live to your store.


Translation Sections Breakdown

The front-end text is organized into the following collapsible categories for easy editing (as shown in image_fd0b3e.png):

  • Add wishlist popup: Controls text inside the interactive popups that appear when adding an item to a list.

  • Confirmation notifications: Manages the success and status text shown across the storefront during user interaction.

  • Wishlist page: Allows you to change all static titles, labels, and pagination text on the main wishlist dashboard page.

  • E-mail permissions popup: Customizes the text strings inside subscription prompts or email authorization windows.

  • Widget: Manages the language layout used inside the sticky sidebar widget component.

  • Wishlist notification popup: Controls timeout notifications, alert window warnings, and toast notifications.
