Options are visible, but their additional charges aren’t being applied in the cart or checkout.

If the options appear on the product page but the extra charges are not reflected in the cart or checkout, it usually means the required span code hasn’t been added to the cart or cart drawer files.


We can fix this by completing the theme integration for the active theme so the charges pass through correctly.


App Dashboard>>Help and Support>>Theme Installation and Pick a theme you just have published.
