1. Why are tracking results not appearing?
Common reasons:
Tracking number not added to Shopify order
Carrier not yet updated shipment status
Order not yet synced
Tracking page not published
2. Why are emails not sending?
Check:
Notification toggles are enabled
Consent settings are correct
SMTP configuration (if used)
Shopify notification conflicts
3. Why is estimated delivery date not showing?
If actual delivery exceeds estimated time, the EDD section will not display.
Also verify that EDD is enabled in Advanced Settings.
