What Are App Blocks?

App Blocks are modular sections you can add inside your Shopify theme using the Theme Customizer.

With Order Status Tracker, you can add:

How to Add App Blocks to Your Tracking Page

Step 1: Open Theme Editor

1. Go to Shopify Admin

2. Navigate to Online Store → Themes

3. Click Customize

4. From the top dropdown, select your Tracking Page template (example: “Track Your Order”)

Step 2: Add App Block

1. In the left panel, click Add section

2. Open the Apps tab

3. Select the block from Order Status Tracker

This block is required for tracking to function.

Smart Delivery Estimate

Displays:

• Shipment status

• Carrier updates

• Timeline tracking

This is the core tracking display section.

Banner

Use for:

Use this to improve design structure and readability.

Rearranging Blocks

You can:

• Drag and drop blocks to reorder them

• Remove unwanted sections

• Add multiple layout spacers

All changes update in real time in the preview.

Publishing Changes

After customizing:

1. Click Save

2. Ensure the correct page template is assigned to your tracking page

3. Test using a real order number
