Is it possible to add product options while creating a draft order in Shopify Admin?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to add product options while creating a draft order from the Shopify Admin — and this is a Shopify platform limitation, not a limitation of the Hulk Product Options app.

Here's why:

Shopify's backend draft order system does not support line item properties natively. This means Shopify itself does not allow custom attributes or product options to be attached to line items when a draft order is created from the admin. No third-party app — including Hulk Product Options — can work around this restriction, because Shopify simply does not load or support app-based option interfaces in the draft order flow.

The Hulk Product Options app is built to work on the storefront (frontend) product page, where customers make their selections during the normal checkout process. Those selections are then passed as line item properties to the order.

However, when a draft order is created directly from the Shopify admin backend, the storefront is completely bypassed — meaning there is no step where custom options can be selected or attached to the line items. 

NOTE: This is a known, documented Shopify limitation that affects all product customization and options apps, not just ours.
