Since file uploads are managed directly by Shopify, the supported file size and format limits are determined by Shopify itself and may change over time.
Based on testing and merchant feedback, the maximum supported file size is approximately 20 MB per file, with image dimensions up to 4427 × 4472 pixels.
The app supports all common file types such as .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and more. However, since Shopify handles the uploads, all images are automatically converted to the .webp format after upload.
All uploaded files are securely stored on Shopify’s servers, and a downloadable file link is automatically generated and displayed in both the cart and order confirmation emails.
