There are a few possible reasons why the import may have failed:

  • Incorrect file format: Ensure you’re using the app’s official Sample XLSX template. Custom or altered formats can lead to errors. Also, adding new custom columns or deleting existing ones is not supported and can cause the import to fail.

  • Missing required fields: Fields like Option Name, Option Type, and Option Values must be filled correctly; missing or invalid entries can stop the import.

  • Duplicate or conflicting entries: Having the same Unique Name or repeated rows can interfere with the import process.

  • Formatting issues: Hidden formatting, merged cells, or extra spaces in Excel can cause upload errors. Keep the file clean and properly formatted.
