How to Integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Form Builder 

1. Go to https://analytics.google.com/

    If prompted to create an account:

     • Enter an Account Name (e.g., “My Business Analytics”)

     • Click Next

2. Create a Property

   • On the Create Property page, enter a Property Name (e.g., “FB - GA4”)

   • Click Next

3. Enter Business Details

   • Industry Category: Select Other

   • Business Size: Select Small

   • (You can modify these based on your actual business details)

   • Click Next

4. Choose Your Business Objectives

   • Select Generate leads

   • Click Next

5. Choose a Platform

   • On the Start collecting data page, select Web

6. Set Up Data Stream

   • On the Set up data stream page:

     • Enter your website URL where your form is located (remove https:// from the URL)

     • Enter a Stream Name (e.g., “FB Live - GA4”)

     • Click Create & Continue

7. Copy Measurement ID

   • Click on your newly created Web Stream

   • Copy the Measurement ID (e.g., G-XXXXXXX)

   • Paste this ID into the Measurement ID field in your Form Builder form

   • Close the Web Stream details

   • Click Next

8. Property Created

   • You’ll see a page saying Data collection is pending, and Property is successfully created

   • Click Continue to Home

9. Test Your Setup

   • You will be taken to the GA4 Home Page where real-time data appears

   • Go to your form page (the one where you added the Measurement ID)

   • Submit the form

   • Check Events in Google Analytics under Reports > Realtime to confirm data is received
