The app allows Geo-Targeting where you can show the Cookie Consent Bar only to visitors from listed countries of the EU and CA depending upon your requirements.
With the app, you have given 4 options.
- Display the Cookie Consent bar only to EU users.
- Display the Cookie Consent bar only to CA users.
- Display the Cookie Consent bar only to CA and EU users.
- Display the Cookie Consent Bar to the world meaning everyone who visits your site will be notified about your policy - via the Cookie Consent Bar app.
SCENARIO 1
If you want to show the cookie consent bar to only EU users, check the box & non-EU users will not be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:
SCENARIO 2
If you want to show the cookie consent consent bar to only CA users, check the box & non-CA users will not be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:
SCENARIO 3
If you want to show the cookie consent consent bar to only CA and EU users, check both the boxes & Non CA & EU users will not be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:
SCENARIO 4
If you want to show the cookie consent consent bar to all the users, left the boxes unchecked and all the users will be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:
