How to Set Up the Integration
Follow these steps to connect your accounts and start syncing data.
Step 1: API Key
- To locate the API Keys, log into your Omnisend account.
- Navigate to Store Settings > API keys.
- Under Your API keys, tap on Create a Key button and copy the API key.
- Paste that into the API keys field in your Order Status Tracker App.

Step 2: Connect Order Status Tracker to Omnisend

- Head over to Order Status Tracker app > Integrations
- Enable Omnisend integration.
- Add the Omnisend API Key value.
- Press Save.
Step 3: Monitor Omnisend sync
- Back to Omnisend admin > Store settings > API > API Logs
- You will see API event Logs, and you can check event details when you click on the three dots


Step 4: Use events in Automation
- Go to Automation and connect your Shopify store
- Create a Workflow
- Select event trigger and use it

Your Order Status Tracker and Omnisend are now connected!
