Can we add tags in order for specific products or options?

Yes, we can do this in two easy ways:

1. Using Hidden Field option type
   
   Create a Hidden Field Option type in the App. 
   Default Value for Example: Tshirt
   
   

   On Product:

   • Customer adds product to cart
   • Hidden field is automatically included in line item properties which can be then added to the Order tag using Custom JS.
     
     
2. Using Shopify Flow App:
   
   We can set an automation rule where, if a specific product or option is selected, Shopify automatically adds a tag (“Tshirt ”) and updates the order tag field.
   
   Trigger: Order Created

   
   Condition: Check either of the following:

   
   

   Product title contains → Tshirt

   OR

   Line item property contains → Tshirt

   
   Action: Add order tag → Tshirt
