General Questions:


  • How to integrate the MailChimp mail services with the application?


You need to navigate to our application and in there select the "Mail Integration" sub-option available under "Integrations" and then select the Service Provider as "MailChimp" and click on "Connect" option, then you will be redirected to the your selected mail services login page where you need to login with your credentials. After this your selected mail services will be integrated with our application. 




  • How to integrate the Klaviyo mail services with the application?


You need to navigate to our application and in there select the "Mail Integration" sub-option available under "Integrations" and then select the Service Provider as "Klaviyo" and click on "Connect" option, then you will be redirected to the your selected mail services login page where you need to login with your credentials. After this your selected mail services will be integrated with our application. 




Now login to "Klaviyo" in your browser and then under the "Settings" option you can find the API Key which you needs to enter in "Klaviyo Key" field in our app.  



Copy the API Key from the mail services and paste it into our Form Builder PRO App. After submitting your key your Klaviyo mail services will be linked with our app.



  • Can you please list out the type of mail services the application support?


Currently our application supports two type of email services which can be integrated with our application, they are : MailChimp and Klaviyo


  • How many integrations can be used at a time?


A user can connect both the email services with the application but can use only one email services at at time, both cannot work simultaneously. 


  • How to integrate all the applications with my store theme?


You need to navigate to our application and in there select the "Theme Integration" sub-option available under "Integrations" and then select the parcticular "Theme" and the "Application" you want to integrate with your theme and click on "Save" button.



  • How to remove a particular application integration from my store theme?


You need to navigate to our application and in there select the "Theme Integration" sub-option available under "Integrations" and then select the parcticular "Theme" and the "Application" for which you want to remove the theme integratation and click on "Remove" button.



  • Is it possible to disable any application if it’s not in use currently?


Yes, it is possible to do so. On the Dashboard (Home Page) of our application you will find 3 listed application with a disable button side by it. By clicking on the disable button present beside the particular application you can disable that application. 




  • Are there any installation steps then need to be followed prior to use of the application?


No there arn't any steps you need to follow prior to using the application else then integrating it. The application is featured with one click installation/integration so you don't need to paste any code or anything in the theme manually.

Offer and Newsletter Pop-up:

  • How many type of Pop-up’s can be created in “Offer and Newsletter pop-up”?


Currently you can create 4 types of "Pop-up's" in “Offer and Newsletter pop-up”:


     -  Email Subscription Popup (For wanting your users to subscribe to the email updates from your store.)

     -  Coupon Popup (For displaying a Coupon code in the pop-up.)
     -  Simple Announcement Popup 
(For making some important announcements in regards to Sale or any other thing. )
     -  Page Promotion Popup (For promoting any page or a product from your store.) 


  • Can I make 2 different pop-ups ‘Active’ at once?


No, a user can't keep two different pop-ups 'Active' at once. However, they can create multiple pop-ups but only any one pop-up can be active at a time. If you make a newly created "pop-up" active then the existing active pop-up will be inactive automatically.


  • Can I add the email subscribers as a ‘Shopify’ customer?


Yes, there is a featured option available in the application in which by enabling it, the customer who subscribe to the email address will directly be added to the store's customer list. These option is availble in "Create Pop-up" menu. 



  • How can I set the position of the pop-up to appear on the front-end of the store?


In our application itself there is a option available where you can select the position of pop-up appearing on the front-end of the store. The positions are Centre, Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left and Bottom Right. All these options are availble in "Create Pop-up" menu. 




  • Can I choose when the pop-up should appear in my store?


Yes, you can also choose when you need the pop-up to be displayed on the your store. There are options like you can display it after "X" seconds or after "X" pages visited, etc. Also you can set how often to set with number of days. All these options are availble in "Create Pop-up" menu. 



  • Can I limit the pop-up to display on particular page(s) only?


Yes, there is display criteria option available in the application where you can select the particular location and device to display the pop-up. All these options are availble in "Create Pop-up" menu. 




  • Can I limit the pop-up to display on the basis of device?


Yes, in the "Display Criteria" options there is an option available to select the particular device platform (Desktop or Mobile Devices) on which you want to display the pop-up on. 



  • Can I display the pop-up for particular location (country) only and not to all customers?


Yes, there is a text box available in the Display Criteria where you can select the specific country from the dropdown menu to display the pop-up. 


  • Can I decide to schedule timings to display the pop-up on the store?


Yes, you can either display it always or can set the specific timing schedule to display the pop-up on the store. This option is available in the "create pop-up" menu in the application. 


  • Do you offer sample ‘pop-up’ templates for us to select from?


Yes, there are sample pop-up templates available in the application itselft. There are numerous templates available to select from. 



  

  • Do you offer sample “Confirm pop-up” templates for us to select from?


Yes, there is an menu "Choose Confirm Template" available next to the "Choose template" menu in the application. Here there are number of predefined templates available to select from. 





  • Can I edit the “Title”, “Body” and “Button Text” of the pop-up?


Yes, under the "Design Popup" menu click on the "Edit" option to view the available options to edit the template. In here, click on the "Configuration" menu to view the options available to edit "Title", "Body" and "Button Text". Here you can configure both the templates design as per your preference. 




  • Can I display a close button on the pop-up to close it when not needed?


Yes, under the configuration menu itself there is a option available "Include the close button" with the options 'Yes' and 'No' to select from.


  • Can I configure the “Height”, “Width” and other measurements of the pop-up as per my preference?


Under the "Design Popup" menu select the option "Display Settings" and in there you can find all the options to configure the 'height', 'width' and other measurements as per our preference. 



  • Can I make colour configuration of the of the pop-up as per my preference?


Yes you can, under the "Design Pop-up" menu there is an "Display Settings" option in which you can find all the options to set the pop-up color.




  • Can I set background image for pop-up as per my preference?


Yes, you need to navigate to "Display pop-up" menu and in there navigate to "Background Image" option from the right-hand side menu and upload the image of your choice. 




  • How to integrate the “Offer and Newsletter pop-up” with my theme?


You need to navigate to the dashboard (Home Page) of the application and there select the option "Theme Integration" option available under "Integration" and then select the theme of your choice and then select the "Offer and Newsletter Pop-up" and click on 'Save' button to integrate the application with your selected theme.


Deals & Offers Bar:


  • How many type of Bar’s can be created in “Deals & Offers Bar”?


Total 4 types of bars can be created in "Deals & Offers Bar":


- Email Subscription Bar (For letting your customers to subscribe your email updates)

- Free Shipping Bar (For announcing "Free Shipping" offer in your store)

- Simple Announcement Bar (For simply making some announcements in regards to a new product/deal/sale etc.)

- Countdown Timer Bar (A countdown timer for the sale that's is running in your store)


  • Can I make 2 different pop-ups ‘Active’ at once?


No, you can't keep 2 different pop-up "Active" simultaneously. If you activate another pop-up then the existing pop-up will be "Inactive" automatically. 


  • Can the subscribers automatically be added to store’s customer list?


Yes, there is an option available when you select "Email Subscription Bar" from the "Bar Type" dropdown. By checking this option all those customers who are subscribing to the emails will be added as the store's customer list.


  • From where can I set the position of the bar?


There is an option available in the "Create Bar" menu to select the position of the bar as per your preference. 



  • Can the bar only be displayed on the specific page?


Yes, there is a option available in the application where you can set the display criteria to display the bar based on the page.



  • Can the bar be displayed for specific device such as only on mobile devices or on desktop devices?


Yes you can. There's a option available in the application on the "Create Bar" menu, where you can display the bar based on the device. 



  • I need to display the bar for my customers of specific location only, is it possible?


Yes. you can set the bar to display for your customers from specific country. 


  • Can I set the particular delay time for the bar to display to my customer?


Yes, there an option in the "Create Bar" menu where you can set the display time after which the bar will appear to your customer.


  • How can I schedule the time to display the bar?


Navigate to our application and then in the "Create Bar" menu and then in the end you can find the option to specify the "Start Time" and "End Time" or you can keep it as Always display.


  • Are there any demo templates available in your application to choose from?


Yes, there are sample templates available in our application in "Choose Template" bar to choose from. 



  • Can I preview the Bar that I have created in your application?


Yes, in the "Design Bar" menu you can preview the bar that you have selected from the samples.


  • Where can I configure the captions of the bar?


Navigate to the "Deals and Offer Bar" application and then in the "Design Bar" menu click on the "Edit" button and after navigate to "Configuration" menu where you can configure the captions of bar. 



  • Where can I find the display settings of the Offer bar?


Navigate to the "Deals and Offer Bar" application and then in the "Design Bar" menu click on the "Edit" button and after navigate to "Display Settings" menu where you can find the display settings of bar. 



  • Can the colour of the bar be configured as per my preference?


Yes, it can be configured as per your preference. You need to navigate to our application and in there look for the "Color Settings" option in the right hand side menu available in the "Design Bar" menu.



  • Is it possible to set a custom background image of the bar as per my wish?


Yes, there is an upload option available in the application where you can select the backgrounf of your choice to apply on the bar. 



Restock Notifier:


Where can I find the Email Template customization settings for “Restock Notifier”?


Navigate to our application and then in there look for the "Settings" menu and in there look for the "Emai Template" option.



Is it possible to customize email template?


Yes, there are two options available for customizing the email. One are quick settings in which you can find preloaded options and HTML editor.

Can I send my customer an SMS for notifying?


Yes, you can also send a SMS to notify the customers about the availabllity of the product they have subscribed for. You can find these configuration in Email Template option, where you can configure the SMS template as per your preference. 



Can I adjust the background of the Email Template?


Yes, you can. Navigate to the "Email Template" menu and in there click on the "Quick Settings" look for the "General" option in the right hand side menu, where you can find the background color settings.



Is it possible for me to upload my store logo in the email template?


Yes, under the header menu there is an option available to upload the logo along with the "header title" and "text color" settings.



Can I disable the product image from displaying in the email template?


Yes, you can by unchecking the "Display Product Image" checkbox option available in the "Body" menu under "Quick settings".  



How can I test the email template and SMS that I configured in the “Restock Notifier”?


Just navigate to our application and in there look for the "Send test email" and "Send test SMS" option under "Email Template" menu. 



Is there any possibility to display the “Discount Code” in the template?


Yes there is a possiblity to do so. Navigate to "Discount Code" option available in the "Quick Settings" option under "Email Template" menu where you can find all the configurational settings for discount code. 



Can I customize the caption of the ‘Submit Button’ available on the email template?


Yes you can. There is a option "Button" available below the Discount Code option where you can find all the settings for Submit button.



From where can I customize the footer of my email template?


Navigate to our application and in there under the "Email Template" menu in the Quick settings there's a last option available naming "Footer" where you can customize the footer settings. 



How can I customize the button displayed on the front end (product page) of my store?


Navigate to our application and there in the "Settings" menu look for the "Button" option in which you can find the customization options along with the conditions and preview details. 



Can I change the Notifier icon and size which is displayed on the product page?


Yes you can. Navigate to our application and there in the "Settings" menu look for the "Button" option and then in there click on the "Button Customization" option in the right hand side menu.




How can I choose the button (icon) to be kept hidden for the specific products only?


Navigate to our application and there in the "Settings" menu look for the "Button" option and then in there click on the "Button Condition" option in the right hand side menu where you have to add the product tags to hide the button for those products. 



Where are the customization settings of the form can be found in the application?


Navigate to our application and there in the "Settings" menu look for the "Subscriber Form" option. Here you can find customization settings for the form. 


Can I disable the customized form?


Yes in the customization settings of the form you will find an option "Form Status" where you can "Active" and "Inactive" the form.




Is it possible to customize the form with the help of CSS coding?


Yes it is possible to do so. Navigate to our application and there in the "Settings" menu look for the "Subscriber Form" option and in there click the "Display Settings" option and in here you can add the custom CSS coding as per your preference. 



Are there any configurations available for Notification Delivery Policy?


Yes there are configuration settings available for Notification Delivery Policy. Navigate to our application and there in the "Settings" menu look for the "Delivery Policy" option where you can find all the settings for the same. 



Is it possible to keep a track for the activities of the users that are subscribed to my products?


Under the "Activity Reports" option you can generate a report for tracking the activity.



Can I receive an instant notification as soon as any customer creates a restock notification?


Under the "Activity Reports" menu, you will find a option where you can add a email address to receive the instant notification for the customer who creates a restock notification.
