Your store Activity Emails can be enabled and customized from the Activity Emails tab under Settings.




Action required: Manage how often you want to receive updates/alerts every time a customer creates a notification. Consider the following settings:


Schedule report alerts


1. Status


    You can receive alerts on the go by updating the status button to “on”. 


2. Send an email


    Configure Summary reports to be sent out either Daily or Weekly. 


3.  Send to


    Specify the people to whom the alerts will be delivered. You can enter one or more emails, separated by a comma.


4.  Summary contains


    Update date-range when the report will include the most wanted products within the specified time period. 


Receive instant alerts


1. Send to


    Specify the people to whom the alerts will be delivered. You can enter one or more emails, separated by a comma.


2.  Send email limit


Specify email notifications per day. There is no limit to maximum notifications in a day.
