1. Why my form isn't delivered on my e-Mail address?


Answer: The mail service you are using might not be supported by the mailing services that we are using. Please create an mail address with Gmail, YMail!, Outlook, AOL, etc.


2. Where to place the coding of the form in theme?


Answer: The code needs to be placed in the Content Area where you want the form to be displayed.


3. How can a user/customer upload multiple images at a time on a single "Upload Image" option?


Answer: Click on "Upload Image" option and select multiple files by pressing "Ctrl"/"CMD" button on keyboard and upload it.


4. What are the differences between the “Free Form Builder” App and “Form Builder PRO” App?


Answer: The major highlighted updates in PRO version app are as follows:

Answer: Yes, a new functionality option has been added in which you just need to check the option "One Email per Submission" to get it enabled.




6. Can I save an incomplete form as an draft?


Answer: Yes, the PRO version app has a capability of saving form as an draft instead of publishing it.


7. I am facing an error ("Incomplete form can't be submitted") while saving the completed form, what's the reason behind it?


Answer: Discard unused field Elements to avoid any errors in saving the form.


8. Does this app supports mail integration?


Answer: Yes, currently this app has an capability of supporting mail integrations from "MailChimp" & "Klaviyo".


9. Does this app supports Payment Integration with form?


Answer: Yes, currently this app has an capability of integrating "Stripe" for Payments.


10. Does this app have any sample forms?


Answer: Yes, we have created sample forms for the convenience of our customers. You can either edit the current on as per your requirement or else create a new one.




11. With the help of form can I create new users for my store?


Answer: Yes, a new additional option has been added under "Shopify Integration" where by checking the option "Create Shopify Customer" you can let create a new user for your store at form submission.



12. Does this form has an Address element for form?


Answer: Yes, you can add "Address" element where your user can add address field to your forms.



13. Can I add a hidden element which is visible only on back-end and 'll be hidden for front-end users ?


Answer: Yes, we have added an new form element naming "Hidden" through which a user can add some text just for their reference and it will invisible to their customers.



14. Is their any to embed my store's privacy policy/terms and conditions with the form?


Answer: Yes, with the help of "HTML Code" element you can add the html code of your policies/conditions to get it displayed on the form. Usually it is used in the end of the form.

Answer: In the "Connect" tab of the form a user can add/update form's title.

Answer: In the "Connect" tab look for "Captcha" option and under the a user can find the configuration for the same.

Answer: We have total 5 options from which they can select any one option for post-form submission.

Answer: Navigate to "Design" tab and under that in "Input" option you can find the options to modify the customization of input fields.

29. What happens when I uninstall the app after using it for a while?


Answer: Data available in the app will be lost forever. There is no backup once you remove the app from your store and there is no way we can help you. 


30. How many forms can I create?


Answer: You can create unlimited number of forms, and have them all in one dashboard.


31. Can I add multiple email addresses for receiving notifications on user submissions?


Answer: You can give more than one email addresses under the Content section by adding one email, then clicking on Enter and adding the next email.



32. My Auto Responder message doesn't appear, can you help me?


Answer: Check “Send Confirmation Email” to receive the Auto Responder message. 


33. Does this app supports Google Analytics ?


Answer: Yes, our support Google Analytics a user only needs it to integrate it through code.


34. I have followed all the steps but my form is not displaying properly. Is there something in the Form Field that I should be careful about?


Answer: Make sure to never use apostrophe ( ' ) character punctuation mark in the form's field . 


**In PRO version if any accidentally user adds (‘) character then it will automatically be removed as it’s an invalid character.


35. I have pasted the code in HTML format in my page, post that if I customize the form, do I need to paste the code again in my page?


Answer: That's not required. You just have to paste the short-code one time, then whenever you make any changes in your form, the changes will automatically reflect. Just refresh your page and see the magic!  


36. My Auto Responder message doesn't appear, can you help me?


Answer: Check this option to get Auto Responder message.

39. Why do I get this error: "Provide all required data" while saving the form?


Answer: Please ensure you have added Values to all the Elements. And, discard unused elements from the Content section. Your data is not saved because there is some required text missing in Content.


40. My responses are not being sent to my notification email addresses, help?


Answer: Please make sure your service provider has not rejected your email due to Policy or due to Security in your email. Please do test with an alternate email as well.


41. My Reply to email address is still showing info@hulkapps.com, can I remove it?


Answer: For a blank response to email field, the default info@hulkapps.com email will be used. So, it's not possible to eliminate it.  Also, this feature will only work in Gmail, Yahoo and Outllook. We are yet to configure it with 

Help Desk Software Systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.


42. My user notification email doesn't arrive on form submission, how to fix this?


Answer: Please ensure you have check on to this option:


43. On checking on CAPTCHA my page scrolls down to the bottom, help.


Answer: This issue only arises on Safari browser, post software update in IOS 11.2.1


I would suggest you to go for a "Scroll to top button" at the bottom of your page or remove CAPTCHA element.


44. Can I customize the error messages which occurs to customer during form submission if any mistake is made?


Answer: Yes, this new feature has been added in the updated version 1.1 of our Form Builder App in which a user needs to navigate to "Design" tab and under that in "Customize Form Message" option you can find these options.
